SR Architects obtained planning permission for this distinctly modern block of flats on a slither of land owned by our client and located just to the rear of Esher High Street. Surrounded by building of various ages, styles and massing in this Conservation Area, the building has been designed as a hidden jewel, clad in reflective metal panels, glass and polycarbonate which clearly does not try to echo the context but instead reflects the surroundings and enhances this underutilized and neglected area off the bustling High Street.   

Construction completed in February 2019.
