The refurbishment of this Grade II listed maisonette was undertaken by SR Architects in 2009. Work was extensive, with the make-over including the raising of the intermediate floor to provide sufficient head height at basement level, damp proofing, and replanning the spaces to effectively double the extent of the useablearea.

 

SR Architects project managed the construction work throughout, purchasing and supplying the kitchen, shower rooms, tiles, appliances and all flooring directly to the contractor, resulting in a very high quality finish at an economical build cost.
