This development project of SR Architects involved a complete reorganisation and refurbishment of a partly derelict Grade 1 Listed Georgian townhouse in central Bath.  We secured planning permission and Listed Buildings consent for this bold reordering of various rooms on the ground and lower ground floor levels, which we carefully formed and amalgamated to create 2 new 2-bedroom garden maisonettes.  Construction management and interior design were carried out in-house.  The project completed in 2018.
